Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our products! To ensure your satisfaction, we have created the following Return Policy to provide transparency and clarity regarding returns, refunds, and warranties.

1. Return Due to Manufacturing Defect
Customers have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to report any defects or damages that may have occurred during shipping or manufacturing.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer should report the issue immediately, preferably at the time of delivery, so we can arrange for an exchange or repair at no additional cost.

Important: To process a refund for defective or missing items, the customer must provide clear photos of the product and the received packaging, showing the shipping label (with tracking code visible) and the SKU label attached to the product or packaging.

2. Return Due to Change of Mind
Customers have up to 14 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return due to change of mind.
To be eligible, the product must be returned unused and in the same condition it was received, with the original packaging and all accessories included.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

3. After the 14-Day Period
After 14 calendar days from delivery, it is no longer possible to request a refund due to change of mind or defects.
After this period, the customer will still be covered by the product warranty, which applies to manufacturing defects or technical failures, but no refund or exchange due to change of mind will be available.

4. Refund Process
Refunds will only be issued after the product is received and inspected.
Refunds will only be granted if the product is in perfect condition and exactly as it was sent. If the product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing components, the refund will be denied.
We do not provide return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for sending the product back to our service center and covering the return shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout after verifying the condition of the returned product.

5. Warranty
For defective products reported after the return period has expired, the warranty will apply. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, and solutions may include product replacement or repair, depending on the evaluation of our technical team.
